社区走向何方

社区似乎一直就是一个很好的东西，供人们交流，沟通，获取知识。在blog这些新事物之前，社区可以说是最2.0的东西了。可能我接触的最多的就是购物论坛，不仅仅有Buyren论坛，还有其他好多类似论坛，已经出现的或正在出现的购物论坛们，一起加入到了轰轰烈烈的联盟大运动中。除了购物论坛，一些技术方面的论坛我也比较常去，但我觉得在那里面所学终究有限，自己找本教材系统地进行学习才是好的主意。不过泡这种论坛的也大有人在。

社区靠什么来吸引网民？当然购物论坛确实有一部分利益驱动的成分，但我想有一个特点是所有论坛共有的，那就是通过论坛的财富、或是发帖数量这些可以累积的东西——广义上说，这也是一种利益驱动。Buyren论坛会不定期颁发勋章，灌水天才的、终身成就的，也会授予部分会员贵宾头衔，等等。当然，要让会员喜欢这样的Prize，社区本身是要有一定地位的。试想，Google哪天说任命谁做CTO，那个人一夜之间就红了，要是我说，***来做blogkid的CTO，不是让人笑掉大牙吗？更不必说这种奖励看得见摸不着，所以更需要一个网站的地位来支持它，认可它，离开了这个社区，勋章阿，头衔阿，什么都不是了。

但是这就有一个问题，老会员和新会员是有差距的。哪怕老会员只是潜水，在线时间也会多很多。我在buyren论坛注册时候，数字ID是9411。也就是说我前面有9410个人注册过。还好，这不是很多，所以我奋起发帖，让自己发帖数一度跻身论坛排行榜前10名，同时我的能力也得到了智勇的认可，把握提拔到了管理层。但是如果我注册的时候，我的前面是94100个人呢？我不大会有机会（不能说完全没有）担任版主，虽然我相当出色（假设O），但是发帖数不够，没有人气，和资深的会员差距很大。即使做一个普通的会员，看着排行榜上的数据，也会感到遥不可及。差距是普遍存在的，在这么一个饱和的地方，往往会忧心忡忡，担心自己一旦说错什么话就会受到责罚。当然，这不是绝对的，不过距离足以让人疯狂。

我一直认为社区会饱和的。要让自己发展，就要不断地做出新的业务。一是能够分流，二是平衡差距。这样的话，似乎结果会好一点。

I meet across some hard problems

I thought there wouldn’t be any bug during the development. Because I had designed almost everything, even some details. But computer is not the same as I used to think , that is ,there were something different from what I imagined.

I studied the system named phpwind. The html layer is so useful that webadmins can easily modify the website’s look. So I decided to form a html layer, just the same as the phpwind. I told Zhiyong, but now , I maybe unable to make that true.

Although things are now well as I hoped, but this is not the worst

situation. I’ll try my best still, bravely.

General Introduction

Kristianstad University was established July 1, 1977 and is one of the new Universities. There is, however, a tradition of higher education based on teacher education which can be traced back to 1835. The number of students has increased considerably, particularly in the last few years. The total enrolment lists about 7.000 students.

Kristianstad

Kristianstad is situated in the region of Skane in the very south of Sweden. The boulevards, lined by well-preserved old buildings, have given Kristianstad the nick-name "Little Paris". Kristianstad has a rich cultural life and colorful historical background going back to the Danish King Christian IV, who founded Kristianstad in 1614. The town is known for its famous town plan and its Renaissance church.

Kristianstad, a popular shopping centre, has the advantage of having a town centre concentrated within a small area, with shops, banks, services, a theatre, museums, restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance.

Many artists and writers live in and near the scenic coastal area south of Kristianstad.

The surrounding countryside offers a wide range of out-door activities. The long beaches only a short distance from Kristianstad, offer good opportunities for sailing, windsurfing and swimming and the forests, lakes and rivers are ideal for hiking, canoeing, fishing and bird watching. Within 25 km there are six golf courses.

Kristianstad University is located in a new campus area just outside the centre of Kristianstad. It is easy to reach the town both by plane, train and bus.

Student Union

The Student. Union is responsible for the welfare of the students; health care, social activities etc. All students studying at Swedish universities are compulsory members of a student union. The fee is around 300 SEK per semester. As a member of the Student Union you will have an entry to all its activities and 10% discount in many of the shops and cafes downtown.

The Student Union has its own building (Karhuset) with a pub, which serves snacks and drinks at student prices. It also has its own shop with favourable prices. There are many interest groups within the the Student Union. The Sport Club organises sport activities every week like volley-ball and aerobics, and also excursions and trips. The Student Union continuously arrange parties and other activities.

K.I.S.S. (Kristianstad International Students Sweden) will help the international office upon arrival of interantional students. They will pick them up and escort them to their accommodation, show them around the town and campus and also arrange social activities.

Costs of living

Accomodation is offered in apartments or rooms near the University. The estimated cost of living per month in Sweden is 6 300 SEK. At the University you will find a restaurant and student cafes, where you can eat at subsided prices.

Everything goes well

I still remember, when in winter holidays, I thought I would play a further more important part in others’ daily lives.It seems to be proved and still proving now.

These days I’m reading the book written by Kaifu Li that called “Be your personal best”. I respect Li as an icon. He said, to make a difference. Anyhow, I found it was easy to reach a goal when you’d really “made a difference”.

Now, everything goes well. I am more busy than last term, though the class is much more decreased. I like this kind of live, and I am full of power now.

To make a difference, to have new power. It was proved everywhere. Now I’m trying write a compsition in English, despite my expressions are full of mistakes. I still dislike English, but now ,I hope I can manage it , honestly.

所谓的动态规划

今天上ACM程序设计的课，学了动态规划(Dynamic Programming)。这是一种解题的思路，老师说运用的时候应该把更多的精力放在寻找项与项之间的联系上，所以就要对最佳的结构进行精确的描述。

这些东西隐隐都有感觉，似乎啥时候看过一样。猛然想起来，小学时的奥林匹克里就体现过这样递归调用的思想。

其实感觉我现在所做的ACM题目，很多东西要借助于依靠于我小学时候学的数学奥林匹克知识。唉，现在明白再高级的东西也不过如此，再复杂的程序最后也只是一条一条的指令。今天又做出两道ACM的题目，现在排名又前进了一点。

一件惬意的事

现在宿舍已经关灯了，我抱着崭新的本本在床上，自由地上着网。本本可以关掉风扇，虽然这样散热会比较难。但是因为停电以后CPU会自动降频，所以电脑根本不会过热。关掉风扇以后的T280S静悄悄地展开在我的膝上。

这真的是件惬意的事。当然我很快就会睡觉，不会让自己太累了。今天开始着手做点评这个好东西，心血呀，做什么东西我都觉得是心血。点评我已经在图纸上画了一次又一次，可是真正放开做的时候还是觉得很多细节简直会让人疯狂，尤其是界面和程序都要一力承担。

今天做了3道ACM的题，也不算少，不过还是没有达到期望的值。现在我在校内OJ上的排名是118，如果可能，我希望最终稳定下来的排名是前50。

受到livid的影响，我给本本装了双系统，另一套系统就是livid极力推荐的Ubuntu。我在装这个之前顺便还测试了一下combo光驱的刻盘能力。三星的光驱没得说，24倍速的。我刻的时候选了20X，光盘也很快就好了。想起以前在太行老师那里，刻一张盘要等一个小时，差距呀……

Ubuntu装好以后看不到windows的分区，似乎需要“挂载”，可是我还不会。这点我倒是挺喜欢红旗的，装好以后马上可以读到windows的分区，不管是NTFS还是FAT32。

挺爽的。刚刚听说智勇去打保龄球了，有雅兴。

做一个blog系统怎么样

昨天拿到的包裹里有我刚买的《Ajax基础教程》，我从来不觉得自己当初决定侧重学Web开发是一个错误。我一直希望自己在学习某些东西的时候能得到实践的机会，php的学习就是一个很好的例子。

我很不满意这个blog系统，我也对他做了很多的改动。不过现在看看，似乎效果并不让人满意。如果我有时间，也许我会和朋友一起，组成那么一个团队，试着连手。

正在想着，看见了zhanghe4的这篇blog。唉，英雄所见略同啊。

买了个本本，心仪好久了

UP:刚刚因为一次失误重启，使我打了好久的文章没了。

所以长话短说，有了电脑这个好东西，要做好三件事：

1、在Buyren论坛做好开发

2、在学校ACM中做更多的题

3、好好学英语，把英语学好

ADD:想到智勇就一阵感动，昨天给他打电话了，让他小小地意外了一下。
